Our thoughts: The Capital One Venture card is similar to it’s big brother, the Venture X, without the premium perks. This card still earns 2x points on all purchases, and allows you to transfer points to Capital One’s hotel and airline transfer partners. This could be a good card for you if you’re not sure if you can utilize enough of the perks to make the Venture X’s high annual fee worth it.
